$89 per night (State Sales & Tourist Tax is included in the price). Other comparable efficiency units in the area normally go for much higher per night.

The unit accommodations are ideal for 2 occupants. 3 occupants (if 2 adults and 1 child) is manageable with the pullout twin sofa bed, but keep in mind the unit is better suited for 2 guests.
**Please note that it will be a little cramped if more than 2 people, but if you can manage it, the location, price, being on the beach and much more outweighs being a little cramped.**
This is a no smoking unit, so no smoking inside the unit please.
5th floor waterfront location with sweeping views of the sparkling Intracoastal Gulf of Mexico waterway (Boca Ciega Bay) off your own private balcony (the balcony faces the road and Intracoastal waterway). Just step into the elevator to the first floor, walk out the back to the beautiful white sands of Treasure Island Beach and wade into the beautiful turquoise ocean. If you don't want to get into the ocean you can dive into the sparkling blue pool (heated during winter months) located conveniently next to the Tiki bar! Either way you're sure to have a dream of a vacation.
Upgraded unit with most of the comforts of home including towels, linens, kitchenware, utensils, iron and ironing board, blow dryer, toaster oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, stove top burners, microwave and full size fridge. Fold-up Beach chairs and umbrella located in closet to use for your enjoyment on the beach during your stay.
This unit comes with a Flatscreen TV, queen size bed, pull out twin size sofa bed, blow-up twin size mattress bed, cool A/C, kitchenette set, and large balcony.
There is a free beach transit (takes tips only) to take you from place to place along Gulf Boulevard in the event you don't have a car or you can easily walk to nearby restaurants and attractions.
We take reservations on a first come/first serve basis. This Resort has parking on-site under building, extra parking across the street, Swimming pool (heated during winter), Tiki Bar for drinks, pizza and burgers. Laundry room on-site on second floor. The Resort has WiFi and a desktop computer in the Lobby area available for guests to use. WiFi also works in the Unit, but is best in the Lobby area. If issues with connections to the WiFi, please notify the Front Desk of the Resort so that they can contact their provider. There are also two private boat docks if you have a boat or jet ski.
Gas Grills to use right on the Beach, Volley Ball for the Tenants, and Kayak and Jetski rentals closeby at John's Pass.
Prime location in Treasure Island, close to John's Pass, shopping, great restaurants, bars, Convenience stores, Grocery stores, and more!
-Free parking in parking spaces underneath the building or if filled up there is an extra parking lot right across the street that belongs to the resort.
-Onsite Laundromat on the Second Floor of the resort which takes quarters.
-Grills are free to use, just let the front desk know to have someone light it for you.
-Volley Ball Nets are setup in the sand behind the resort. Bring a Volley Ball if you want to play or they are available at several of the Beach stores closeby along Gulf Blvd
Interaction with Guests
The Unit will be ready for you by the 3:00 p.m. check-in time on the day of your arrival.
-Have your photo ID ready and your tag number for check-in. The Front Desk of the Resort will check you in. You will need to tell them that you are checking into an Owner's Unit and that you need to sign into the Owner's Book for your stay.
-At check-in you will receive the keys to the Unit and a Parking Pass for your car.
-We ask that you text or call us once you are checked in to let us know that you made it okay. Our numbers will be visible once you finish your booking as follows: (phone number hidden) or (phone number hidden).
The Unit is private to you only, for the duration of your stay. You should always be able to reach us by text or phone if you need us.
There are many good Restaurants, Beach Bars, Shopping along Gulf Blvd. The water and beaches are always beautiful year-round even on rainy or cooler days.
There are two Beach Shuttles. One is ran by the Transit authority with regular stops. One is Free other than if you want to tip them. Jimmie's Beach Shuttle (You just need to give him a call a little ahead so he will know to stop)
Other Things to Note
-12.5% State Sales & Tourist Tax included in Rate.
-Beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the closet for your use on the beach. (If you use these, please make sure you clean the sand off of them before entering the Unit again) -Free coffee is available downstairs in the lobby, or you can make your own in the Unit.
-Grills on the beach are available for use during stay. Please ask frontdesk staff to have someone light it when you're ready to use.
-If you bring a volleyball, there are volleyball nets up on the beach for you to use.
-If you have a jetski or boat, two boatdocks are available across the street, owned by the resort, for guests to use.
-Kayak rentals are available along the beach. John's Pass has rentals closeby.
-Free Beach transit (runs on tips) with a stop right in front of the resort! Very convenient if you don't want to drive or walk.
Now all you have to do is enjoy your stay!
-Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. on day of arrival. -Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. on day of departure.
-Since we are private owners of the Unit and don't go through the management office for our rentals, Please leave your key(s) on the table in the room upon your departure.
-Maid service is Not supplied during your stay since this is an Owner's unit.
-Sorry, the Resort does not allow Pets.
-We only take the deposit in case of damage. So far all guests have taken care of the property so we have not had to take it.
