Fenced back yard. 10-25 minutes to Research Triangle Park, RDU airport, shopping, Wakemed hospital, restaurants, NC State, highways, Jordan Lake, Koka Booth, etc. Ranch home one level no stairs! Location is like a 4 corner point of Raleigh, Apex, Cary, and Holly Springs. Come grill, lay in the hammock, be happy!

The neighborhood does not have a pool. But we pay for a guest pass at a nearby neighborhood so you will have access to a saltwater pool in Apex. It is an outdoor pool so only open in the summertime.
