The space
Quiet, sun-filled secluded garden apartment in the heart of Provincetown's gallery district .Experience the real Provincetown. Large 350 sq ft studio on the garden floor.

The 150-year old building has charm, character and history. The apartment has been home to many well-know artists over the years.

I am an artist, designer and writer and live in the adjacent apartment.
I would be happy to help you with your plans and suggestions while in Provincetown.

1 block from The Provincetown Art Museum.
4 blocks from Fine Arts Work Center
Several excellent specialty grocery stores one, two & three blocks away for coffee and sandwiches
A great breakfast cafe just up the way
Dozens of restaurants out on Commercial Street
5 minute walk from the center of town (& Boston Ferry)

Open cathedral ceiling (including beams from a sunken ship)
100yds from the beach

-Antique iron double bed w/ down comforter and pillows - sleeps a couple comfortably.

Other things to know:
There is no kitchen
Quiet contemplative - not a party environment
2 people maximum (one European double bed)
As to small children --- there is only the one bed
No smoking
No pets
No on-site parking. Street parking and town lot are nearby

The Street view map shows an area on the hill up behind me, a full block away on Bradford Street. Listed as, Old Kings Highway. (not actual location) Perhaps this is for airbnb security reasons.

In Addition:
I do have the two night minimum booking. Although, if there becomes available a single night with a booking on either end. I can often accommodate your request for a single night.

Other things to note
I consider The Provincetown Chamber of Commerce the best ( and most current) overall resource for transportation to Provincetown.
