Cooter Valley is a newly built cottage in the secluded Indian Valley Neighborhood! Enjoy a 5 minute stroll to the boat ramp or relax by the camp fire. Bring your boat and enjoy the lake! The main floor has a large living area with a stocked eat-in kitchen, master bedroom and private bathroom, guest bedroom, laundry area & second bathroom. The loft contains 4 beds with a shuffleboard table and TV. Enjoy a large outdoor covered patio with a TV, pellet/gas grill, outdoor games & lots of seating!
