Interaction with Guests
I respect your privacy and we usually find a way to interact thats suits both of us.
You are always welcome to ask questions or get my help to find a specific place or explaining how to get there etc. (if I can).
The cats are allowed on the balcony. But please make sure, they are not trapped out there with the doors closed when you leave the apartment.
If it is warm outside, the doors can be open all the time, but if you're freezing, please make sure, they are inside before you close the doors. In general it is a good idea to make sure, the cats are not trapped behind any closed doors before you are leaving the apartment.
And PLEASE do not open the lower windows in the apartment. The cats are not used to deal with that, and might fall out. The upper windows are alright to open.
Be careful with fire and candles. Make sure you turn out the gas after cooking.
If you spill water on the kitchen table, please use the cloth hanging on the tap to wipe it off. The table will get marks if you leave the water.
Remember to lock the front door when you are leaving the apartment it does not lock automatically.
It is not politically correct, but smoking is actually allowed :-)
LOVED Cecilias cozy apt in Vesterbro! Location was amazing. Room was as advertised - super cozy and welcoming space. Cecilia was also a great host - sharing the space with her was a breeze. Loved the kitties as well! Of note: building is a walk up (no elevators) but she's on the 2nd floor so it's not too crazy. Thank you Cecilia!!!
Cecilia is an extremely nice host. I arrived pretty late due to my flight delay but Cecilia welcomed my arrival nicely. She got nice maps, guides and told me good places to visit. Location is good, just a 10-minute walk from the central station. I shortened my stay due to a personal matter unfortunately I wish I had spent more time in her place. Definitely recommending Cecilia's place if you are to visit Copenhagen.
The apartment was perfectly located within walking distance of the central station (quick airport transit) as well as many restaurants and shops. The room was plenty big and Cecilia was kind and helpful. The cats were a great extra bonus and were super sweet.
Cecilia's place was great, she made me feel at home, breakfast was a spin the kitchen and her cats were just delightful.
Wonderful stay at cecilia's place with her 2 cute cats! Its a short walk from the central station with plenty of places to eat nearby. it is very clean and you also get breakfast. Cecilia also provides maps and tips on where to go and what to do. highly recommend to stay here!
I extended my stay so get a second review. What more can I say, great host, great place and great cats. I have read all her other reviews and can thoroughly endorse all those very positive comments. Thank you Cecilia.
I stayed with Cecilia in Vesterbro for almost 2 weeks and loved it. Cecilia is all you would want of a host and is most accommodating. She even helped me with some pre-planning info before I arrived, which was most appreciated. The apartment is a gem, clean, spacious, with balcony, two great cats, well equipped, lots of travel info and most importantly a very comfortable bed. I have no reservation in recommending this listing.

About the Host, Cecilia
I am a free-spirited person. Love cats. Like to talk, good at listening, patient with people, impatient with injustice and queues in the supermarket. A decent cook when it comes to vegetable soups and home made bread. Love most kinds of music. Hobby photographer, good at writing (in danish).
I have a small useful garden five kilometers away from my home. You can often find me there with my hands in the soil, the sun in my face and with brain waves like a Chinese gardener. It is pure wellness for the soul.
Besides that, I am very much into music. Almost all kinds of music. I play in a small band myself with three other girls. Me behind an primitive drum kit and some percussion while I try to sing at the same time. We play other peoples songs in our own smashing/crashing way. It is great fun - especially for ourselves.
I enjoy the great and fantastic Roskilde Festival every year, where I also work as a volunteer. I write a lot, have my own blog (in danish), and I love my camera.
I have two cats and I adore them. Tom is a Mau, and Ella is a Russian Blue. I can sit and watch them for hours while they are playing, walking around or sleep (on my face).
