Interaction with Guests
I respect your privacy and we usually find a way to interact thats suits both of us.
You are always welcome to ask questions or get my help to find a specific place or explaining how to get there etc. (if I can).
The cats are allowed on the balcony. But please make sure, they are not trapped out there with the doors closed when you leave the apartment.
If it is warm outside, the doors can be open all the time, but if you're freezing, please make sure, they are inside before you close the doors. In general it is a good idea to make sure, the cats are not trapped behind any closed doors before you are leaving the apartment.
And PLEASE do not open the lower windows in the apartment. The cats are not used to deal with that, and might fall out. The upper windows are alright to open.
Be careful with fire and candles. Make sure you turn out the gas after cooking.
If you spill water on the kitchen table, please use the cloth hanging on the tap to wipe it off. The table will get marks if you leave the water.
Remember to lock the front door when you are leaving the apartment it does not lock automatically.
It is not politically correct, but smoking is actually allowed :-)
I had a great time staying with Cecilia. The flat is very neat and clean, and has a great shower. Cecilia is very welcoming and gave me plenty of tips about where to eat and places to visit. She also makes a brilliant cappucino!
Cecilia was a great host! Her apartment was conveniently located, was easy to find, nicely furnished etc. Her cats were awesome too :)
Cecilia is a great host. She made meeting her extremely easy. She also provided a list of things to do in Copenhagen which I found very useful. She makes AMAZING coffee and her cats are very friendly. In my opinion, the apartment is in an incredible location. Very close to the meatpacking district, very close to a lot of fun bars, and a very easy walk or bike ride to the city center. The major street she lives off of is full of fun bars, restaurants (sit down or take-out), and I found the people to be quite friendly. All in all, Cecilia and her apartment are great!
Perfect host and perfect apartment. The apartment is in a ridiculous good location, close to all the cool and up-and-coming areas in Copenhagen. Cecilia is an ideal host, her guide was tremendous help and after that she left you to do your own thing but was always willing to help/offer advice as required. I am not a cat person but having met Tom and Ella, I think I may have changed my mind! 10/10. Perfect.
I had a fantastic stay in Copenhagen. Cecilia is very welcoming and very kind! she has two lovely cats! The house is very close to the Central station, the room very cosy and comfortable.
Vesterbro is a very trendy area with a lot of cafes.
I had a lovely stay in Cecilia's home. Thank you.
I travel alone and had a great stay here, feel myself just as free and relax as the two cats:) Cecilia is a very helpful and warm person; the room as well as the apartment is cozy;the location is convenient, just a road down the central station. Surly recommend!
I stayed at Cecilia's place for 3 nights while in Copenhagen on business. The apartment is great – close to the central station, close to many good bars and restaurants. It’s clean, quiet and cozy. Cecilia was a great host, she made sure there was a wide variety of breakfast ingredients - I really liked her professional quality espresso machine ! Her 2 cats are adorable. I can certainly recommend her place.

About the Host, Cecilia
I am a free-spirited person. Love cats. Like to talk, good at listening, patient with people, impatient with injustice and queues in the supermarket. A decent cook when it comes to vegetable soups and home made bread. Love most kinds of music. Hobby photographer, good at writing (in danish).
I have a small useful garden five kilometers away from my home. You can often find me there with my hands in the soil, the sun in my face and with brain waves like a Chinese gardener. It is pure wellness for the soul.
Besides that, I am very much into music. Almost all kinds of music. I play in a small band myself with three other girls. Me behind an primitive drum kit and some percussion while I try to sing at the same time. We play other peoples songs in our own smashing/crashing way. It is great fun - especially for ourselves.
I enjoy the great and fantastic Roskilde Festival every year, where I also work as a volunteer. I write a lot, have my own blog (in danish), and I love my camera.
I have two cats and I adore them. Tom is a Mau, and Ella is a Russian Blue. I can sit and watch them for hours while they are playing, walking around or sleep (on my face).
