The space
The suite offers a full size bed, bathroom with rain shower and heated floors, open concept kitchen with Nespresso Coffee Maker, toaster, GE microwave, refrigerator/freezer and stove. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils, dishes and tools. Enjoy access to your very own private washer/dryer. Flatscreen TV with Amazon Fire stick also included. Twin size rollaway bed, for a 3rd guest is available.

Other things to note
Directly in front and across the street is free street parking. We just ask that you don’t block any walkways. The suite is located on the lower level and you can expect to hear us from time to time, but we will do our best to make your stay as peaceful as possible.

You’ll be one block away to several walking/bike trails, parks, tennis and basketball courts, and open soccer fields. Four blocks away from our neighborhood grocery store (Safeway) and local eateries such as, Arlington’s best Neapolitan style pizza “Pupatela” and Salvadoran Pupuseria “La Union”. 5 min Uber/bus ride to “Ballston Quarter”, where you can find a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.
