Welcome to our rustic lakefront townhome on Lake Cumberland! Enjoy the view from our spacious decks or relax in the hot tub, by the campfire, or in the community swimming pool. Boaters can access the public boat ramp a quarter mile down the road. Hiking and ATV trails are located in the surrounding Daniel Boone National Forest. Cumberland Falls, Natural Arch, Princess Falls, the Big South Fork Recreation Area, SomerSplash Waterpark, and wineries are located a short drive away.

The space
Our townhouse features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The first floor King bedroom has an adjoining full bathroom. Two lower level Queen bedrooms share a full bathroom. A half bath is utilized by guests in the first floor living and kitchen area. One lower deck and one upper deck have seating for dining and enjoying the view (the lower deck has a hot tub).

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire townhouse and can park in one half of the driveway or on the street. Guests can also access 3 community swimming pools, tennis courts, and the public boat ramp.

Other things to note
Our townhouse is located in Lake Cumberland Resort which is a gated community with 24 hour security. A gate code will be provided before arrival. A community store provides basic necessities such as bread, milk, eggs, ice cream, pizza, and a few souvenirs. The nearest full service grocery store is in Somerset 25 minutes away.
