➡️Watch your step: You have the whole place to yourself! The home is vinyl plank throughout . It’s all one level, except for a 4-inch step down into the family room immediately to your left when you enter.
🔑Easy arrival: Skip the hassle and self-check-in using the keypad.
🚗Parking perks: Feel free to park in the driveway, on the street, or on the dirt area to the right. Trailers, RVs, and boats are totally fine too! (Just no parking on the gravel to the left, please).
🫧Laundry & Tech: We’ve got you covered with fast Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer stocked with detergent and dryer sheets.
🧻Starter supplies: No need to rush to the store—we’ve provided a starter set of toiletries and paper products.

✅Check-in Paperwork: We want to get you settled as quickly as possible! To help with that, please keep an eye out for our Rental Agreement in your inbox. Please sign and return it, along with the $150 security deposit, prior to your arrival.
✅For stays of 30 nights or more: Guests are required to carry renter’s insurance and list the property owner as an Additional Interest. 🐾Pet Policy 🐾
We’d love to host your furry friends! Just a few quick reminders to keep our home wonderful for everyone:
🐾Registration: Please let us know ahead if you're bringing a pet; there is a $100 per stay fee.
🐾Pet Care: We ask that pets stay with you at all times and are not left unattended on the property.
🐾Cleanup: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste.
🐾Note: If animal hair or waste is found after your stay and a pet fee was not paid in advance, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning.
🚗 NO GARAGE ACCESS🚗
Guests are welcome to park in the driveway, on the street, or on the dirt to the right of the driveway. Trailer, RV, Boat parking is acceptable in these areas as well. Please do not park on the gravel to the left of the driveway.

We do not refill propane after each guest, so we are unable to guarantee the tank levels for the firepit of grill. However, if you need to refill the tanks during your stay, shoot us over the receipt and we're happy to reimburse that cost for you!
