Welcome to my home! Your home away from home! My mini cat sanctuary!! Where you will find cuddles everywhere outdoors! Not allowed inside.

It's a duplex style home. Private patio. Two bedrooms, beds are trundle-style, a kitchenette and bathroom. Provided: an electric double burner, air fryer and microwave. No oven. No washer/dryer.

You have your own private covered patio and one designated parking spot.

5 mins from MIA International airport. Minutes to most major attractions!

The space
The location of the home is in a quiet safe neighborhood, near Mia airport and downtown Miami. The entire Airbnb has been renovated recently. You may hear some planes. You are walking distance from Freedom Park, many local stores, restaurants, bakeries, and parks. The home is surrounded with lush landscaping, wind chimes, art and my beautiful cats, who are usually very friendly. They are ONLY allowed outdoors, not inside the Airbnb. Enjoy your evenings with the sounds of birds and nature. Indoors, it feels cozy and relaxed. A private patio for your enjoyment. Smoking is allowed outdoors ONLY. Guests are also welcome to sit outside in the front yard. The space is comfortable for up to 4 guests.

Guest access
The Airbnb entrance is directly to the left of main entrance, which is a small gate in the front. If you have a vehicle, your parking spot is directly in the front, please park to the edge of the black asphalt. Please make sure to not blocks the neighbor's driveway. You have your own well lit patio right outside your doorstep. Smoking is only outdoors, just please sure use ashtrays, provided. There is access to the shared seating area in the front yard. Please don't forget to bring a little mosquito repellent and some sunblock 😎, to make sure to make the most all of your outdoor fun!

Other things to note
The entrance to the Airbnb is directly the left of the main entrance. The back yard is solely for the use of the owner. Driveway is not to be blocked. There is one dedicated free parking spot. Please make sure not to block the neighbor's driveway.

Neighborhood highlights

I've lived in this neighborhood since I was a young girl. It is generally very quite. The streets are very clean and very well lit at night. Typical days you see families walking around with their children or pets. It is a centrally located residential neighborhood where I have always felt safe to walk around, no matter what time of day or night. Great for a morning walk or an evening run. At a walks distance you will find Farm Stores, a small walk thru convenience store that has many of the things that you may need on the run, when you're headed to the beach!!! Snacks , ice, ice cream, including freshly squeezed orange juice!!! 😁. You have many to choose from at a walking distance, local cafes, markets, restaurants, bakeries.
