We rent out our lovely apartment in Østerbro - close to downtown, the beach, parks and the famous lakes of Copenhagen.
Our apartment is 200 square meters and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms en suite, a newly redone dining kitchen, 2 hallways, and a bathroom with a bathtub. It is located on the ground floor with easy access to a large, lovely, enclosed courtyard with a playground. The apartment is part of an old, historic and protected apartment building where the Danish prime minister lived in before and during the second World War. It is thus a historic location and appears original and charming with a historical twist..
Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, wifi and both children's and adult bikes. If renting the apartment with children, you are very welcome to borrow toys, cots, highchairs and prams.
We live in Østerbro, which is a very popular area known as the old wealthy neighborhood in Copenhagen. The district is known for beautiful, old architecture with broad, beautiful shopping streets and fine squares with cafes, shops, clubs, theaters, etc.. 10 minutes from the apartment is the National Art Museum, and all the historical sites in the center (Parliament, the Round Tower, Rosenborg, Kongens Have) can be reached with just 10 minutes by bike or bus from the apartment.
The district is very green and surrounded by both parks and Copenhagen's famous lakes. One of Copenhagen's oldest parks, Fælledparken, is located just outside our door. The park has playgrounds, a skate park, football and concerts, carnivals, etc.. Østerbro also has a variety of delicious delicacies, restaurants and coffee bars.
The neighborhood is located close to the waterfront, and a newly established beach is just 5 minutes from our apartment. Østerbro is the northernmost district of Copenhagen, adjacent to Strandvejen, which is a classic road that follows the entire north coast. Along Strandvejen are beautiful mansions and views of Øresund (The sound between Denmark and Sweden) can be enjoyed along the way from Copenhagen to Elsinore. On this route there is also exclusive boutiques, wonderful restaurants and also possible to visit one of Copenhagen's oldest and beautiful fortifications, Charlottenlund Fort. Here people gather at all times of the year and eat dinner while the sun sets over the Sound. The train is just 5 minutes from our doorstep. From here it is possible to take a ride in just 25 minutes to visit Denmark's world-famous Museum of Modern Art - Louisiana. The museum is a must see in Denmark if you are interested in art.

So please let us know, if you need recommendations or the like.

Wunderbare, weitläufige Wohnung, schön eingerichtet mit allem was dazu gehört.
What an amazing apartment! Although it is super family friendly, it is also very contemporary and design conscious - a lovely space to spend time in with or without children.
We had two toddlers in our group and they loved the playroom and all the space to run around and play. The kitchen is very well equipped and has all the things you need to make your stay comfortable.
We loved the area of Osterbro - if you are travelling with children, check out the Laundromat café for brunch, it has a great children's play area so you can enjoy your mango and mint juice in peace!
thank you again to our lovely hosts, it was a fantastic base to explore the city.
Great place, spacious, friendly and in a nice neighborhood!
We had a lovely time in Signes apartment. It is spacious (we were 4 adults in our party) has all the amenities you need and it is a great place to come home to at the end of a day in Copenhagen and enjoy the quiet of the neighbourhood, the house itself, artfully decorated with loads of Danish design and many art books to browse through. The communal garden is a good place to have drinks in the late afternoon sunset or to have lunch in.
On our (rented) bikes we were both close to the centre and to the beaches.
Signe and Marc are very helpful and friendly!
A beautiful appartment in a lovely neigbourhood. Nice starting point for exploring Copenhagen! Perfect when travelling with kids (we travelled with our 3 year old and 12 month old). Signe provided us with useful information about shops, cafés and transportation and was always available if we needed her.
We had a great stay in Signe and Mark `s apartment. We stayed there for 5 days during easter. The apartment is really big and super child friendly. Our three kids (2, 4 and 11 years) also had a great time. The apartment has a big play room and the kids enjoyed the toys a lot.
The apartment is beautifully decorated, with design furniture and nice art. The original features in the apartment was well maintained and made the apartment warm and inviting. A good balance between old and new. The backyard is closed and has a little playground with sand box and play houses and outdoor toys.
Signe was a great host. Friendly and welcoming and really helpful.
The apartment is situated i Østerbro, right next to a huge playground and a really big park. We spent a lot of time in the playground. It has something suitable for all ages. It even has a public toilet and ann espresso bar! Right by the apartment is also a square with several shops, take away sushi, supermarkeds and a great bakery.
Behind the square is Østerbrogade which has lots of great shops, restaurant and coffee bars.
I will definitely recommend the apartment, especially for those who are travelling with kids all ages.
We had a lovely time at Signe's apartment. The place is beautiful and spacious. There is a great childrensroom with many toys to play with. Our kids ( 2 and 7 years old) loved it!
The apartment felt really good, we felt at home.
We love Osterbro. It's quiet, green (the nice Fjaelledparken, just outside the door), the beautiful lakes, lot's of nice places to eat and have a good coffee.
By bike you can explore the city and beach/sea.
Signe is a perfect host. She has been very nice for us. Very helpful and flexibel. She made us feel very welcome. Thanks Signe, we appreciated it very much.
We absolutely recommend this apartment. We hope to come back..;-))
Tag Signe and family!
In addition to being clean, beautiful and impeccably decorated, Signe & Co.'s apartment had everything we needed for spending a weekend away with our toddler. It isn't at the very center of the city, but the neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly with nice shops, green spaces and good restaurants close by. Thank you, Signe and family for a memorable stay at your lovely home. We hope to come back some day.
What a fabulous place to stay!! We loved and needed the large space of this apartment. We took advantage of the barbeque in the courtyard and enjoyed meeting the neighbours. Free parking space was available across Jagtvej. Great location, everything we needed was nearby. The best bakery in Denmark was close too! It would be our pleasure to stay here again. mange tak, diana madsen
