This is the ideal location to enjoy privacy with family and friends. There are 2 rooms, as you enter is a bathroom, a kitchenette, a dining table that sits 6 people, a king-size bed, a small living room, and exit to the terrace. The other room has a king size bed, a futon, bathroom, a working table for up to 3 people, TV, closet, another exit to the terrace and our amazing private terrace facing the turquoise ocean that defines Cancun, a relaxation pool and grill.

The space
Absolutely wonderful condo, recently renovated. The view is astonishing.
As you enter to the main room you have a bathroom, a dining table for 6 people, a kitchenette, a king size bed and living room, large windows with blackout curtains that show you the terrace overlooking the sea, sliding doors will take you to our white sand terrace, that has two sun-loungers and a sun-umbrella, with a small relaxation pool and a grill.

The second room has a king size bed, another bathroom, a closet, a futon, a worktable for up to 3 people, TV, an exercise bike, which you can move towards the large windows and do your workout with an incredible ocean-view (the sunrise looks amazing), sliding doors will take you to an outdoor leaving-room and the white sand terrace that we already described. WIFI is available in all the areas, you can connect the TV to your favorite App.

We are on the main avenue of Zona Hotelera - Kukulcan Boulevard, which allows you to have easy access to the area, public transportation, local cabs, restaurants, shopping, Airport and much more.

Your drive from the Airport will take approximately 12-minutes.
Within a 2-minute walk is a mini-market: OXXO, which is very common to find in Mexico, 3-minute walk from the condo you will find Restaurant “KM 19.5”, serving cocktails (margaritas are very good), fish and shrimp tacos, several options of fish and snacks. 5-minute walk to Restaurant “Navios”, Mexican fusion cuisine of seafood and fish, the place is very cozy and 2 minutes away there is a kiosk to arrange guided tours or visits to the different attractions in the area.
