The house is located along a rare stretch of beach on one of the last untouched inlets on the east coast just south of Crescent Beach and is the home of Fort Matanzas, the Matanzas National Seashore - a beautiful National Park.
It sits directly on Atlantic Ocean, but you can also see the Matanzas River, and the Intracoastal waterway. Since the house sits on this largely untouched area, the wildlife is amazing.
