The space

In the heart of Trastevere, the Sky Room is part of an antique apartment just renovated, new bathroom, new kitchen. Beautiful ornate ceilings, beautiful courtyard, a beautiful location in one of the most quiet and elegant streets of Trastevere. Twenty minutes walking distance from St. Peter Church (The Vatican), 10 minutes distance by bus (115). A few steps from the best nightlife in the city and from all the main places of historical and cultural interest.
Colosseum, Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, Roman Forum, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Castel Sant'Angelo... just some of the areas of interest within easy walking distance and more easily reachable with public transpotration.
And then, Prati, Monti, Testaccio, Garbatella are just some examples of beautiful neighborhoods where is funny to look around if you want to have a less "historic" but just as true view of Rome.

To reach the apartment from Termini Station is very simple:
take the bus H, direction "Dei Capasso," get off on Viale Trastevere at the stop "Ministero Pubblica Istruzione", take Via Emilio Morosini on the right of the Ministry and continue on via Goffredo Mameli.
You have just arrived!

To get from the Airport of Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci) is very simple:
take the train line FR1 to "Orte" and get off at "Stazione Trastevere", from there take tram 8 direction "Argentina" and get off of at Viale Trastevere at the stop "Ministero Pubblica Istruzione", take Via Emilio Morosini on the right of the Ministry and continue on via Goffredo Mameli.
You have just arrived!

Great visit to Rome. In the heart of Trastevere and walking distance to restaurants, shops and public transport. Bed was a little uncomfortable but the rest of the place was clean and as described. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place to enjoy my trip to Rome with my 13 years old daughter. Alessandra, the owner, is a very communicative person, we had some issues with leaving Amsterdam on time. She was very helpfull. Thanks!

Lovely location, and even lovelier interior. We were greeted upon arrival by Alessandra's housekeeper Adolphine, who showed us to our spacious, comfortable room. Tourist tax was required but Alessandra was very understanding when we did not have cash on us upon arrival. Slight wi-fi issues, but I assume these will be ironed out. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Place is exactly like it is in the photos! Great place to stay, we stayed for a week and had a really good time. Trastevere is a great and safe neighborhood. Had to do lots of walking though to get places as there isn't a metro nearby but we didn't mind that. We did think it was a bit lacking in amenities. Basic bed, never got fresh towels and there was not even a kettle in the kitchen! A TV would have been a nice addition as well for the nights we stayed in.

Our stay was just great, awesome & amazing! Rome is such a georgeous city and this flat is the perfect base for your trip. It was very clean, everything seems nearly new and it's situated in the wonderfull Trastevere - not in the chaos but close to all important spots. We didn't meet Alessandra but she organised our arrival well, answered every message immediately and was flexible.

It was lovely living in Trastevere and the location is really good. The apartment was spacious and beautiful although the beds weren´t the best and there is some noise outside which can make it slightly hard to sleep, but overall a good place to stay!
