Welcome!! Located in the heart of downtown Buffalo's historic district, your very own apartment includes a full bathroom, kitchen, artwork, exposed brick walls and a CUPOLA with panoramic city skyline views. We are a few short blocks/minute(s) from the Theatre District (SHEAS), Convention Center, KeyBank Center, Canalside, Sahlen Field, Restaurants, Concert Venues/Comedy Clubs, Marathons, Allentown, and the Elmwood Village. We are also a 20 minutes drive to Highmark Stadium and Niagara Falls.

The space
Our family's eclectic third floor studio flat is sure to please. This is a completely separate apartment solely just for you with no shared spaces. Your spacious loft includes a queen-sized bed with a memory foam topper, high thread count sheets, comfy blankets, a full bathroom with shower/tub, and full dining area. Your kitchen includes a microwave, sink, stove, refrigerator, and freezer, and is stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. We typically provide complimentary coffee, tea, oatmeal, and sometimes juice or a treat. The refrigerator is great to store your food purchases, refreshments, and leftovers.
The open living area includes charming exposed brick walls and ladder to a cupola with panoramic city skyline views. Your own dedicated stairwell includes original oil paintings and prints. For your leisure and entertainment, we include a television, Roku and Netflix, DVD player and video collection, books, board games, your own thermostat, sony ipod stereo, phone charger, and free wifi access. Air conditioning is provided. If air conditioning is not your preference, space fans and thirteen operable windows are available for your comfort. Access to a washer and dryer is available upon request for longer stays. Feel free to ask us any questions you may have.

THIS IS A COMPLETELY SEPARATE APARTMENT WITH NO SHARED SPACES INCLUDING HALLWAYS or DOORS. A separate private side entrance is included and free alternate-side street parking is available. It is rarely difficult to find parking right in front; please be aware of signage and make sure you are parked on the correct side of the street.

Other things to note
We make a number of basic amenities available to our guests: soap, bodywash (men's and women's), shampoo, clean linens and towels, hair dryer, coffeemaker, tea kettle, iron, and ironing board. A spacious closet across from your bathroom provides ample storage and a plenty of space to hang clothes on the provided hangers. For your convenience, we offer a self check-out procedure.

Neighborhood highlights

Among our vibrant culturally-diverse neighborhood, this historic area is full of Italianate and Victorian architecture dating back to the 1860s-1890s.
The Chippewa Entertainment District located was once known for its nightlife and party atmosphere. The street is now undergoing a transformation to include casual and fine dining and pubs for the more sophisticated crowd. A nice local coffee shop and Starbucks are located two blocks away.
The nearby eclectic Allentown Preservation District includes quaint cafes, restaurants, galleries, antique stores, historic neighborhood parks, public murals, shops and hip pubs. Allentown attractions include the Theater of Youth, Kleinhan's Music Hall (home to the Buffalo Philharmonic), and Theodore Roosevelt Inauguration Site.
The Elmwood Village features over 300 small local shops, coffeehouses, restaurants, and bars. Museums include the Albright Knox and Burchfield Penny Art Galleries and the Buffalo History Museum.
Buffalo is home to 22 professional theater companies, many of which are located in The Theatre District, just a short walk away. Popular theaters in the district include Sheas Performing Art Center, New Phoenix Theatre on the Park, Irish Classical Theatre, and Alleyway Theater.
A short metro rail ride away is the Medical Campus, which is home to Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo General Hospital, Conventus, and the Cardiovascular Institute. The Women and Children's Hospital and the new University of Buffalo's Medical School are both under construction and will also be located closeby.
Downtown's new Canalside development, First Niagara Center (Home of the Buffalo Sabres Hockey Team), Coca-Cola Field (Home of the Buffalo Bisons AAA Baseball Team), Local, State and Federal Office buildings are a short metro rail ride away. Downtown and waterfront attractions include boat cruises, Buffalo and Erie County Naval and Military Park, concerts in the summer, and ice skating in the winter. We are a walk or short ride to the Allentown Art Festival, Taste of Buffalo, free summer concerts, grocery stores, farmers markets, and other summer activities.
We are a twenty-minute ride from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. If you are into hiking, mountain biking, skiing or snowboarding we are 1 hour away from the quaint ski town of Ellicottville (Holiday Valley Ski Resort) or 40 minutes away from Kissing Bridge Ski Resort.
We're right on the Canadian border with close access to Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Toronto. Niagara Falls is a 20 minute car drive away; Toronto 1.5 hour drive. The Peace Bridge border crossing to Canada is minutes away and easy to get to. Take advantage of the Duty-Free shopping on both sides of the international border.
