Dive right in

This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
Our property is all about bringing you back to the basics. We're all about rustic charm, earth unmasked, and letting nature hug you. The property is located in Villa Ilaya, a small coastal barangay in Atimonan, Quezon. There are no other resorts nearby so our guests are assured of peace, quiet & exclusivity.

The space
Enjoy a wide shoreline of fine brown sand with beach chairs ... and a vast open yard filled with coconut trees and hammocks , a swimming pool , and a pavilion good for events. We accept only one group / one booking at a time so you can enjoy privacy and the peace and quiet you need. The teepee cottages have fans but no aircon so you can hear the sound of waves and natural ambience of the place. Other amenities include a mini bar beside the swimming pool, a bangka which can fit 3-4 passengers excluding bangkero; 3 stand-up paddle boards; bon fire pit; and caretakers who can assist you in your cooking or other needs.

Frequently Asked Questions :

How do we get there?
For car owners, you may type Caridad Ilaya Elementary School on Waze,. From the Elementary school, please drive 300 meters more and you will see a newly build bridge. After the creek/bridge, TURN RIGHT to a gate . THis will take you to the boat pick up point. Your bangka will be waiting for you there.

Where do we park our cars?
While we are currently negotiating for our own private parking space, your cars will be parked in a shabby, rugged, rustic area .The area can accommodate 3 cars, additional cars will be parked about 100 meters away ( for those who don't want to walk, you may request your driver to drop you at the shore )

Would appreciate tipping the car attendant a minimal amount

Food and Drinks
As mentioned in the description, the property is very private and has no nearby stores. So guests should bring all their food and drinks. The kitchen is available for the guests use. Should you need the caretakers help in cooking, they are available too. You may also request us to buy ingredients for you group ahead of time and our caretakers will gladly do the palengke for you .
Caretakers requests a service fee of P P100 per person for cooking 3 meals

Bangkas
We have a small bangkas ( that can fit 3-4 passengers ) to ferry guests from parking. Should the group be more than 4 , we highly recommend renting a big Bangka that can fit as many as 16 or more. A big Bangka may be rented for P4,500 ( round trip) . The big Bangka is also recommended should the group have children as big Bangka is more stable when waves are rough.

Guest access
Hope you are adventurous just like the owners of this property because you need to ride a boat to get to the property as the Road is still being constructed. So there will be days when the ocean is calm and days when there are waves. So its best to brace yourselves for a bumpy boat ride at times. We park our cars in a common docking area - very rustic and very rural but our car attendant are nice and will make sure nothing happens to our cars.
Boat ride when ocean is calm is approximately 20 mins. But when the waves are rough, the boatman drives really slow.
