✔ Parking – 1st Street is a pedestrian-only walkway. Park on Lamar Ave, Clarksville St, or nearby public parking lots. Overnight parking is permitted.
✔ Downtown Location – Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, Vintage shops and more right outside our door!

The space
The unit features a full open kitchen with a large island that includes a sink and barstool seating—perfect for dining or gathering. The spacious living room offers plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Both private bedrooms feature large, restored 150-year-old windows that fill the rooms with natural light and provide beautiful downtown views. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV.

The unit has two glamorous tiled bathrooms—one with a soaking tub and separate shower, and the other with a large stand-up shower.

Guest access
The loft is on the second floor and must be accessed by stairs—look for the door marked “1st Street Lofts” next to the alley gate on 1st Street. Nearby public parking areas are just steps away.
