This luxury terrace apartment is located on the 4th floor of an elegant building (no lift) on Via di San Vincenzo, a nice and quiet street located just a few steps from the Trevi fountain and to the famous staircase of the Spanish Steps, Rome's main attractions.
The best features of this apartment are the lovely roof terrace with views and outdoor furniture (roof top) and the high quality of the Interior decor. A famous Interior designer has personally followed the recent works of this unit, with a fabulous result.
The living area features high wooden ceilings, white sofas with colored pillows, low table for magazines, important paintings of Contemporary Art, kilims, and table with chairs. The sitting area is extremely well equipped with 32″ flat TV, DVD player, Internet Wi-Fi access, air conditioning and a great Hi-Fi system. One of the sofas is a convertible sofa in case you will have guests coming to visit you during your Roman stay.
The master bedroom has a king size bed in its center, night tables, abat-jours and large wardrobes. It is bright, simple and elegant at the same time. The two bathrooms have both a shower box.
The kitchen is well equipped with electrical stove, oven, fridge, freezer and an Espresso coffee machine for lovers of our Italian coffee. All the necessary cookery equipment is also provided. The small terrace is located on the roof: the access is via a small spiral staircase. We recommend this unit to everybody.
In this area there are several chic restaurants and bars where you can have an aperitif in one of the most exclusive areas of the city!
The uniqueness of the apartment is definitely the opportunity of having a terrace in the center of Rome!
Lorenzo is the perfect host - incredibly fast and helpful in responding to our every need. Just like an efficient manager at a top notch hotel. Thank you.
Not a bad property either. In terms of the cost - decent value for money and a location hard to beat.
You can't have a better location that this apartment!!!
It's just on the side of Tevi Fountain.
We arrived 2 hours late and as soon as we called he showed up.
He (email hidden)e apartment had 2 full bathrooms witch is nice to have.
Overall. I would definitely recommend it 100%
clean and very central location at Trevi Fountain. No noise and welle equipped kitchenette.
I booked this place because of the location, WIFI, terrace. We were met by a representative of the company renting out the place. He showed us around. When I asked abut the WIFI password, he asked which network I was using, gave me a password and disappeared in a hurry. I tried to connect, but to no avail. I tried to call the two numbers I had been given, but both phones were switched of. After contacting airbnb and saying I wanted to cancel booking if internet was not working, a router was provided same evening. Doubt anything had been done without their intervention. The "terrace" is a small balcony you get to through two locked doors and a very narrow, steep spiral staircase. The place is furnished with IKEA, functional but not luxurious. The dark beams and paintings made the place gloomy, and very hot, despite air-condition. The sofa-bed was very uncomfortable when folded out. Might be ok for child or short person, though.
The location is perfect, walking distance to all major sights. The flat is spacious and functional. I think the main problem is that the company administering the place are trying to market it as something different then it actually is.
