Charming, modern, and spacious mill house located in the Shasta Cascade region is the top unit of a two-unit duplex within walking distance of quaint, historic downtown McCloud. This pet-friendly home is perfect for family getaways and boasts comfy beds, a fully stocked, updated kitchen, and an epic Rec Room. Free, fast WiFi included. Relax on the porch, swim, fish, or boat on the many lakes and waterways in the area, hike the scenic trails or nearby Mt. Shasta, or ski and snowboard the slopes.

This listing is for the upper unit of a duplex which includes 2 floors.

Main level:

-covered porch with chairs

-living room with comfy couch, chairs, heater and large smart TV

-remodeled kitchen with high end appliances, coffee/tea cart and built-in dining nook

-laundry room with washer/dryer and extra storage for guests plus stairs leading to back yard.

-two bedrooms one with a king bed and with smart TV, one with a queen bed

-one full bathroom with tub/shower combo

Upstairs:

-one bedroom with 2 twin beds

-one rec room with 2 built-in sleeping nooks and 2 bean bags that easily convert into beds, large smart TV, game table and lots of games, kids toys etc.

-one full bathroom newly remodeled with shower stall

**For bookings of more than 10 guests:
- Guests agree to pay an additional $200/Night plus a $120 Cleaning fee to include the downstairs unit in the reservation. Once the reservation is accepted, we will send a request for that payment to be made within 24 hours.

- Two full bedrooms:
One with a Queen Bed, One with a Full Bed and a Twin Bed.
- Two full bathrooms
- Spacious Living room, kitchen, dining nook and access to back and side lawns.


Outside:

-Side and back yards for guests' usage including hammock and seating areas plus kennel for dogs.

-Parking spaces in front of house for guests to park in

Guests have full access to the Upper unit of this 2-unit home. Guests also have access to the beautiful yard to enjoy BBQs, hammock lounging and relaxing!

We are pet friendly! We allow up to two dogs with an additional $50/stay pet fee. Due to owner allergies, we cannot allow cats. Please let us know when making a reservation if you’ll be bringing any dogs with you! We ask that they are not left alone inside unless crated. We do have a very nice kennel outside for guests to use. Please pick up after your pets!

As a pet-friendly listing, we make NO GUARANTEES about the lack of pet hair, dander or other traces of animals. If you or anyone in your group has severe allergies to animals, we recommend you book elsewhere. No refunds will be issued for allergic responses to animal traces on or near the property, nor for airborne particles that are out of our control.
