The space
This apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Bloomfield with quick access to anywhere you need to get in Pittsburgh! Children's Hospital and West Penn Hospital are less than .5 miles away, and downtown Pittsburgh is just a 10 minute drive.

The Bedroom: Relax into the night in the King sized Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress. There is also a large closet with plenty of hangers, a dresser, and a 32" TCL Roku Smart TV so you can unwind before bed.

The Living Room: A great space for bonding. There is a cozy sofa centered in the living room that folds out to a Queen sized sofa bed. Centered in the living room is a 43" TCL Roku Smart TV so you can log into your favorite subscriptions and watch TV during your stay. For any business needs, there is a desk on the right of the living room with all business essentials.

The Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a four burner stove, new fridge, new dishwasher, microwave, bread toaster and coffee maker. Stocked with knives, plates, spoons, forks, and pots/ pans for cooking. Everything you'll need for cooking during your stay! There is also a 3-seater dining table in the kitchen for you during your stay.

The Bathroom: Located near the entrance and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and other basic necessities. End your day or start your morning off with a luxurious waterfall shower head.

The back porch: Enjoy a nice summer evening on the shared, covered back porch with a comfy sofa for you to sip coffee/tea, a nice glass of wine or a Pittsburgh craft beer. You have a beautiful view of sunsets from the back porch! It is shared by three units in the building and is all first come first serve, so please be respectful of noise levels in the back yard so you don't interfere with other tenants or guests upstairs.

- Cats are allowed for an additional $30 per cat, per stay.
- Dogs are allowed for an additional $50 per dog, per stay.

A/C/ Heating:
- There is central AC/ Heating available and is controlled by the nest thermostat in the living room.

Parking
- Instructions for registering your car for street parking will be sent to you prior to check-in and is free of charge. Please note this is at the end of a street and parking can sometimes be a little difficult to find during the evenings.

Steps:
- This is a first floor apartment and requires you to walk up 3 steps to enter the apartment.

Noise:
- Please note that the bedroom is right near the front entrance of the apartment, which is where the upstairs guests will enter in and out of, so there is a chance of noise. For your comfort, I provide two white noise machines on either side of the bed and ear plugs for every guest to help minimize noise during your stay.
