One of four apartments in a newly renovated historic building located away from the revelry but close to the town square and beaches. Private terrace overlooking street, king bed with Tommy Bahama linens and dream kitchen with six burner stove.
Quality and attention to detail and comfort is what we are proud of. Everything you might need is available in the kitchen, the king beds are of high quality as are the linens. The suites are full of thoughtful touches and pleasing decor with original fine art and folkart. There is plenty of space to relax and entertain. Comfortable places to read or dine or work on something. Each suite has a project/work room for messier things.
Speedy wifi is available all over the property. There are numerous terraces and places to sit in the gardens
Interaction with guests
Our housekeeper Stephanie (who speaks English) is available from 10am until 2pm (except Sundays) and we and the gardeners are frequently around.
Other things to note
Credit card use is limited in town to the higher end stores and restaurants. $500 peso bills can be difficult for the smaller venders to give change for. There are several ATMS and currency exchanges. ATM charges vary widely.
We expect our guests to be considerate of our neighbors and others in the Villa. Please, no smoking inside, no loud music and loud conversation after 10pm. Notify us when something is damaged so we can get it repaired for the next guests.
We are former long time B&B owners from Victoria, BC, Canada. Janet is an artist and designed most of the look and feel of the Villa as well as ensured you have everything you need. Max is handy with many things and runs the place on a day to day basis. Our housekeeper Stephanie makes sure things are nice and clean, your sheets are ironed and your dishes are done. She speaks English too.
