Church View apartment is situated in the heart of historic Topsham on the river Exe. The apartment is part of a lovely grade 2 listed building, situated overlooking St Margarets church. The apartment has a relaxed and stylish feel, somewhere that easily feels like home. There are a variety of good pubs and restaurant all
within an easy walk. For drivers of electric cars, Darts Farm is just 5 minutes away and has 12 Tesla superchargers, along with a great farm shop and restaurants.

The space
A spacious and comfortable lounge, large main bedroom with king sized four poster bed and a smaller second bedroom also with a king bed. The bathroom has a bath/shower/toilet and there is also a separate second toilet. The large kitchen is fully equipped and has a dinning table that seats six, the perfect place to eat with friends and family.

Guest access
The apartment is on the first floor and guests have exclusive use of it.
Originally a merchant’s house built around 1725, the ground floor rooms are Erin Cox’s Jewellery shop, and Church View apartment shares the ground floor entrance corridor.

Other things to note
Historic Topsham has amazing estuary views, with numerous pubs and restaurants to relax and soak up the views. There are interesting shops and cafes, an antique emporium and Saturday market all just a stroll from the apartment.
