A simple, even perhaps minimalist space located right above Wabasha Brewing and taproom, on the West Side, just across from downtown St. Paul! Very warm, casual and comfy with a dash of vintage provided by the historical building setting. Perfect place to stay if you're going to a concert or game at Xcel or CHS Field. Oh yeah and there's a brewery and taproom right below so you know there's some beer specials ready for you!

The space
There's 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen and 1 with a full-size bed. In the 2nd bedroom, there's also a small desk that can be used for study and work. Living room has a big screen TV, and a great chaise couch that pulls out into a queen bed, plus room for more seating. The kitchen has a nice little dining area with a table and 4 chairs plus your cooking needs including dishes, a range, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Grill and smoker available outside where there's also ample taproom patio space to relax. Lastly, a full bathroom to wash up before you head out for the night.

Access via Isabel St Front Door.
There is a door in the living room, but it will have restricted access due to brewery offices being located adjacent.
