The space
We take great pleasure in welcoming you to this recently refurbished antique barn.

Not too long ago, this 1940's era barn was just that -- rustic, rusted sheet metal with a barn door painted pink. We've then spent six months painstakingly renovating it DIY style, and with a little help from our friends, we've turned it into a gorgeous studio space that will make you want to stay forever. We've kept a dash of the original pink on the new doors.

This unique open space features a fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burning stove, a small but stunning half bathroom, and an antique bathing tub with a hand-held shower head as the centerpiece. Large patio doors and windows allow for plenty of natural light to illuminate the space - with stunning views of San Jacinto -- and along with vintage decor and wood finishes, create a pleasant, luminous ambiance.

Many of the decorative items are from our grandmother's house. The rest have been thrifted at yard sales, estate sales, and online second-hand shopping.

Step out to the patio and enjoy five acres of beautiful land, filled with a plethora of mesmerizing areas and amenities from where you can gaze at San Jacinto looming large over the entire valley.

As soon as you come out, you'll be greeted by our friendly co-hosts: 11 dogs, 3 pigs, 2 emus, 14 Guinea hens, 7 ducks, baby ducklings currently living in the main house, and one giant sulcata tortoise.

Once the sun sets, retreat to the lavish barn and rest on the comfortable queen bed so you can do it all again tomorrow.

Prepare delicious BBQ, dine under the starry sky, meditate on the Persian rug, and cool off in the cowboy pool during the summer/warm-up in the hot tub during the winter. There are endless opportunities for relaxation and marvelous sights to see!
