Located in the heart of historic downtown Tarpon Springs, Magnolia House is walking distance to the world famous SPONGE DOCKS, and located just blocks away from breweries, restaurants, and the PINELLAS TRAIL. And the BEACH is only 3 mi away! The hosts are offering their downstairs (upstairs will be locked and unoccupied), including master suite with queen bed, hot tub, Wi-Fi, Cable, Roku TV, full kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dining table, and shared use of the tropical back yard.

Our 120-year-old remodeled luxury Victorian home sits in the front of the property, with two cottages and a small camper in the back. While the back yard is shared, the deck, hot tub, and front porch are private to the home.

Magnolia House offers Florida beach town life at its finest. You can rent bikes nearby at Neptune's or Tarpon Tom's. You can rent kayaks or water bikes at Fred Howard. There are dolphin tours, museums, restaurants and so much more within walking distance. Or just hang out in the back yard with a beverage and unwind. The house is ideal for a couple.
