Although it’s absolutely stunning during the daylight hours, it gets really chilly (still gorgeous) at night so we have glamp options for those who wish it. Here are 3 suggested options (full description of each amenity below). *to purchase gas or propane at least a day before arrival ven mo Montrese Etienne with dare and package. We offer these options to you at our cost to provide - so your experience is awesome:

We have a happy update, we have switched out the propane fire pit outside to a wood fire pit again and that is available for use with $28 worth of four cubic feet of wood and starter shavings that would easily last you all night or two partial nights if you burn it moderately. More is available upon request.

_________#1 FULL MONTY

Warmest and brightest: 2 propane tanks for 2 heat sources in dome (each tank lasts 12 hours), one can of gas for electricity via generator(lights up dome magically, kitchen, oven, fire ring - more magic, lasts 18 hours) and 4 cubic feet of wood and shavings for $28 for outside fire pit: $107

________#2 COZY CAMPERS

1 propane bottle for one “fireplace” in dome (lasts 12 hours) and 1 can of gas for generator powers magical lights around camp, in kitchen and dome/heater/lights and kitchen oven: $53

________#3 NATURE LOVER

4 cubic feet of wood and shavings for outside fire pit: $28 ...(bring extra layers and lanterns)

To book any of the above plz do so before arrival so I can have it on hand and ready for you please Venmo to Montrese Etienne, last four digits of my phone number if they ask: 4528.

***We also have a TWO new PROPANE heat sources (a fireplace and a fire pit) in the dome: each need a 5 gallon propane tank at $28 a piece. They last about 12 hours each.

The combo of lighting both fires and use of generator really warms up the big dome space, the 2nd best is a combo of 1 fireplace and generator for lighting and heater.

Powers string lights in dome, magical setting around fire pit, gives light in kitchen, powers electric heater in dome (still need one fireplace running to warm up big space of dome) and oven in kitchen (stove top works with a match): $25 for gas.

We light the generator for you at sunset. You can turn off whenever you want, please text us to start when you want it back on.

Plz bring back up batteries/car chargers Etc for devices - extra lamps and lanterns. ATT/Verizon work great here.

We offer $28 5 gallon tank for outside fire pit. Only for enjoyment not cooking - use BBQ or kitchen stove.

Thank you for making the Sanctuary possible by staying with us!!!!

Montrese and family - including the critters

In last year’s apocalyptic fire we and all our animals were lucky and blessed and faired very well due to preparedness and our defensible plateau - even still California coastal residents are still in a state of PTSD and recovery from what we went through last year.

Please do not send messages full of devastating prediction about this coming year. We are all in prayer that things will be managed and there will be no more loss.

That said some may be wanting to be sure that they will be refunded in the event of a crisis. It is impossible to predict exactly what nature will do today or how she will respond tomorrow. For example, even in last year’s engulfing fire, our property had the best air quality in the entire bay area. Therefore it is impossible for us to provide any other guarantee than the following:

If the worst happens and air quality is registered as dangerous due to fires - just as if there is some other state of emergency - guests will be refunded AFTER THE CRISIS ABATES for the dates that make accessing our home dangerous.

PLEASE remain positive that we will have no state of emergency or “dangerous” air quality and if these prayers are answered, please remain prepared to honor our current cancellation policy if you chose to make a reservation.

Finally, please consider that If there is a state of emergency or such devastating developments your support is even more critical to the survival of the coastal families, communities and all the animals who call it home.
