This collection of four private lofts is located in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. Each loft offers unique charm with spacious living areas, full kitchens, and luxurious bathrooms. Styled with Art Deco glamour and modern conveniences, this “1920s meets 2020s”.

Please note: the loft is stair-access only located on the second story.

Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.

The space
All four lofts feature full kitchens, smart TVs in every room, large restored 150-year-old windows that flood the spaces with natural light, and beautifully tiled bathrooms. Each combines historic charm with modern luxury.

One-Bedroom Loft:
Enjoy a private bedroom separated from the spacious living room and full kitchen. The bathroom features a soaking tub and stand-up shower, creating a luxurious retreat.

Two-Bedroom Loft:
This loft offers two fully private bedrooms, plus two glamorous bathrooms—one with a soaking tub and shower, and one with a stand-up shower. The large living room and open kitchen with a dining island provide ample space to relax and entertain.

Efficiency Loft 1:
A cozy, open layout with a queen bed, full kitchen, and a tiled bathroom with a stand-up shower. The perfect intimate space.

Efficiency Loft 2:
Includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, a comfortable living area with a small sofa, and a glamorous bathroom. Perfect for two guests seeking style and convenience.

Guest access
Due to ongoing construction, 1st Street is temporarily closed to vehicles, but the sidewalk remains open for easy access to the entrance. The loft is on the second floor and must be accessed by stairs—look for the door marked “1st Street Lofts” next to the alley gate on 1st Street. Nearby public parking areas are just steps away.

Other things to note
We require a non refundable pet fee of $50 as well as a $150 refundable pet deposit. This cost covers up to two animals only. Please let us know in your booking if you intend to bring along your pet.
