Before You Book>
✔ Historic Building – Accessible by stairs only. No elevator.
✔ Parking – 1st Street is a pedestrian-only walkway. Park on Lamar Ave, Clarksville St, or nearby public parking lots. Overnight parking is permitted.
✔ Downtown Location – Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, Vintage shops and more right outside our door!

The space
This unit features a full kitchen, cozy living room, a beautiful bedroom with a desk, and a shower & soaking tub in the glamorous tiled bathroom.

Guest access
The loft is on the second floor and must be accessed by stairs—look for the door marked “1st Street Lofts” next to the alley gate on 1st Street. Please use nearby public parking areas shown on the map—green highlights mark open spots, and the yellow arrow points to an additional large lot just steps away.

Other things to note
We do require a non refundable pet fee of $50. Please let us know in your booking if you intend to bring along your pet.
