Iconic Gainesville home! Tom Petty lived in this house after high school when he played locally with Mudcrutch (soundproofing in the attic space is still there). Location, location, location! Perfect for Gator weekends, Gainesville events, and families! The house will be fully furnished and ready to go by the first Gator weekend of the season (Sept 3-5, 2021). 4 bedrooms (2 have 2 queen beds, 1 has a king bed, and the smaller bonus room has a twin bed and air mattress).
