-PARKING: 2 reserved onsite parking spaces. We ask that our guests bring NO MORE THAN 2 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance.
-Tons of windows to let in light for a very open feel.
-Living/Dining/Kitchen: Big fully furnished living room with a large Smart Roku TV. Log in to your streaming apps with your subscriptions **There is no cable TV**. Very large kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware.
-Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom #1 has private, en suite large bathroom (1st floor). 2nd bathroom located on 2nd floor. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided.
-Clothes hanging space in each bedroom.
-Multiple full length mirrors.
-Energy efficient central HVAC.
-High speed WIFI.
-Fresh towels provided.
-Fresh coffee and tea. Filters, creamer and sugar provided.
-Washer and Dryer available. Laundry detergent provided for on-site laundry.
-Iron and ironing board.

**Please note all persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book, based on the number of guests you enter. After six guests, the rent increases by $59+ tax per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. The property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.**
