Charming and sunny loft located in one of the most tourist places of Valencia, next to the church of Santa Catalina and the Plaza Redonda. A pedestrian plaza located in the heart of the historic center, just steps from popular area attractions.

No animals of any kind are allowed in the building.

The space
The loft is located on the 3st floor of a completely renovated and without lift building with only three apartments, one per floor, each with its own wifi.
It has 3 different areas and a full bathroom (plan available in the photos):

- Bedroom: With double bed, with storage underneath and a large wardrobe.
- Living area: With sofa and 42 "smart TV
- Kitchen: Fully equipped and with a large table.

The bathroom has a large rain shower. Shower gel and shampoo are provided and you have a hairdryer at your disposal.

In addition, the apartment has sunny windows, overlooking the square.

All windows are soundproof and have shutters to keep out light.
