A floor in our charming Harlem townhouse apartment, restored to its former glory, in historic Hamilton Hieghts. Totally private with own entrance, bathroom and kitchen. Free Wifi is available. Sleeps two, third person could be accommodated if necessary.
Come stay in our cozy studio apartment with private access to our garden, for a little greenery in the bustling city. You won't even realize you're staying in the city when chirping birds greet you in the morning. For summer nights, or chilly winter days, relax by our lovely fireplace. No need to chop wood, it's controlled by a remote control!
Great location two stops away from Midtown and Central Park. All of Manhattan is easily within your reach, including Convenient food shopping nearby. We invite you to stay and experince old New York.
We are new to Airbnb but have lots of references from my guests who have stayed with us over the pas two years.

This home was just as advertised. Federico welcomed us with open arms and has been absolutely helpful with anything we needed. His home is very cozy and my girlfriend and I enjoyed having our own private area to ourselves. The location is about 15 minutes from Times Square by subway. There are plenty of shops in the neighborhood for toiletries. You will not regret staying here. Next time we come back, we will be staying here!
Federico's apartment was extremely comfortable and cozy during our weekend stay in NYC. The automatic fireplace was perfect for the NYC winter temperatures. We were greeted by his wife with a warm welcome, quick tour of the apartment, and local suggestions for coffee and food on Broadway street (half a block away). The apartment is located only a short distance from the subway stop and provides easily opportunities to go downtown. If you are running late, it was easy to catch a taxi on Broadway. If you are interested in visiting NYC I highly recommend this airbnb!
This was a great stay. Good location for subway use. Just be advised that if you are tall the bathroom can be a challenge (low ceiling). We would stay here again!!
It was a nice and cosy place, overall a comfortable stay with our young kid. Would recommend it to anyone.
We had absolutely great stay at Federico`s apartment. The apartment is really clean and unique. We just loved it. The location is really good (the area has a lot of going on: a lot of delis, grocery stores and cafes) and the subway is close by. Both Federico and his wife were really welcoming and warm people and they really want their guests to feel like home. Just loved staying with them.
This place is as cute and comfortable as it gets.
The location: excellent. Quiet neighborhood with excellent public transportation choices close by.
The host: pleasant and helpful. We didn't get to meet Federico in person, but he left a packet of information that was very helpful and stayed in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed.
Accommodations: perfect (for us). The entrance to the place and the bathroom ceiling are not made for big/tall people. Everything else was great; plenty of space for luggage/clothes, really nice kitchen, clean/modern bathroom, beautiful (easy to use) fireplace, comfortable bed, and an absolutely beautiful private outside area on the back.
I highly recommend this place; whenever i travel to New York again, this place will be at the top of my list.

I was born in the Dominican Republic and went to school in Madrid Spain. I love living in diverse multiethnic New York and I enjoy the variety of foods, people and cultures. I especially enjoy my neighborhood because of the friendly nature of everyone on my block. One of the hidden treats that my neighborhood has to offer is the Hispanic Society of America Museum, which is on par with the Metropolitian in its collection of art from Spain. It has paintings by many Spanish masters as well scuplture from every age of Spain's history. It is just three blocks from my home I can see a Velasquez or Goya anytime I want. It is treasure of Spanish art.
We believe in welcoming our guests, and enjoying the diverse people and cultures that these encounters bring. I find that learning about other places and cultures is interesting. All humans share a common decency, respect and love for one another. This coming together of people from all over the world is the essence of New York, unquestionably a very wonderful place right now, of which I am lucky to enjoy.
