Enjoy a fully remodeled peaceful three bedroom one bath home. Two car driveway, Inviting back yard with bbq grill, pot belly fire pit to relax and some mood lighting. Easy access to 21O FWY, enjoy Southern California beaches, Disneyland, and LA about 45min away. Currently our side fence is down because of high winds in the process of fixing it but we do have a 4ft high secure metal temporarily wire fence.

This is a sweet space that invokes relaxation and peace. It will give you a hug as you walk in and welcome you to restful sleep.

Guest access
Little Cottage, is located on 4000 square feet of land. You can use the entire house, both sides of the house are available and back yard with one exception no climbing the hill.

Garage access upon request.

Little cottage is located in a residential community, residential laws do apply, it’s very important that we follow all house rules. Thank you
