Room Swordfish also known as room 1 is on the 1st floor. It’s all about location, location, location! This isn’t a fancy, modern place — and that’s part of its charm. The rooms are clean, comfy, and give you everything you need for a relaxing stay. Plus, with so much to see and do nearby, you won’t be spending much time indoors anyway. Shops, restaurants, and the ocean are all just a short walk away!

If you're looking for a fun, affordable getaway, this is the spot! The price is easy on the wallet, making it perfect for budget-friendly travelers who want to be right in the heart of it all. The room comes with free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected while you’re out exploring.

CHECK IN & OUTS-

Check in is at 3pm - No early check ins. Please arrive at 3pm

Check out is at 11am- If we are able to accommodate a late check out, it cannot exceed past 7pm. We will know if we can accommodate you the day before you check out. Please reach out to us the day before your departure and "If" we are able to accommodate the late check out there is a $20 an hour fee.

LUGGAGE- We do not have a holding area for luggage.

1- We have a strict age requirement policy. You must be 21 to book. Anyone staying at the property must be 21+. We will require ID at check in and will provide a wrist band to each approved guest. Please take note of the room capacity as well. Anyone without a wristband will not be allowed on the premises. No parties allowed on the property.

2- No swimming in the pool after sundown.

3- Quiet hours start at 11pm.

4. This is a boutique style Inn with a total of 13 rooms and we do have a management office onsite.
