This 2 bed, 2 bath, and loft cottage offers modern amenities in the middle of a 900 acre State Natural Area. There is easy access to hiking, fishing, trail running, bird watching, cross country skiing, and much more! The Grist Mill stands as a welcome and interpretive center with a working water-powered grinding operation. Just to the north of the cottage, you can find the 4000 acre Nachusa Grasslands that has 120 Bison roaming on their land! Dixon is just 15 mins away if you need the hustle and bustle of a city with great restaurants, shops, and activities. Come, relax, and have a good time!
