In the kitchenette guests can use a stove for 4 pans, a small fridge and a water boiler.

If it gets hot you can turn on a fan and an anti-mosquito device.
There is public wi-fi down in the street.

In the kitchenette there are salt, sugar, espresso coffee, Nescafe and tea bags. For breakfast there is a bakery nearby in the street and a nice café right in front.
It has a room for two people with TV, living room has a kitchenette with dishwasher. The apartment has free internet line. Being the building in the old town of Pisa, its windows faces a small cloister and the opposite building is quite close to the windows, but this is quite usual in ancient city centers.

The area where the apartment is located, San Martino, is one of the four historic districts of the city, famous for its markets and businesses in his streets. The main street running through the neighborhood is via San Martino, which leads to the main streets of Pisa: Corso Italia, Piazza della Pera, Guerrazzi square, Lungarno Galileo Galilei. This ends at Ponte di Mezzo, probably the oldest bridge of the city and where every year there is the Game of Bridge, an historical event in town. Numerous are the activities in the neighborhood: restaurants, supermarkets, bars and pubs, clothing shops and the best pastry shops in Pisa. Just as many places of artistic interest, including: Blue Palace (home to a museum), the Church and Museum of San Matteo, Roncioni Palace, the Church of San Michele in Borgo, Palazzo Consoli del Mare, Palazzo Lanfranchi (the museum's graphics), the Church of San Martino and the Church of St. Bernard. A few minutes from home are also two public gardens: the Garden and the avenue of Piagge Scotto, both to visit.
