Our 34' Montana RV is a comfortable place to stay, it is located 1 mile SE of Mossyrock on a 4 acre property. Mt Rainier is approx. 1 hr. drive, Mt St. Helens- 1.5 hours. Riffe Lake at Mossyrock park, Mayfield Lake and Swofford Pond are 10 min. Several state parks nearby with nice hiking areas. The views from our property are beautiful and on a clear night, the stars are amazing. Parking available for boat & trailer.

The space
The RV is located approximately 70 feet from our house, across the driveway.

The bedroom has a firm queen tempurpedic mattress, dresser &
television w/ DVD player.

The living room has a couch that can be folded out into a small bed, 2 recliners & television.

The kitchen is equipped with everything for cooking.

The bathroom is complete with toilet, sink and shower.

Guest access
There is a fire pit on the property which can be used by guests, unless a burn ban is in effect. Please check first. This is a shared fire pit.

Other things to note
Cell service can be limited. We do provide WIFI, although it can be slow at times, especially if too many devices are being used.
Neighbors occasionally ride their loud ATVs.
We have a television with a ROKU stick and there are DVD players with DVDs.
We have a nonsmoking policy on our property.
Please let us know if you plan on bringing a trailer.
