Escape the city in this spacious & serene space. This newly renovated 5 BR home is just 2 hours from the city. Located on a quiet street in Grahamsville w/ a big backyard & firepit. The house is equipped w/ speakers, dining room to seat 10-12 guests, tv/game room w/ a wood burning stove, & a brand new shower steam room to turn your stay into a spa retreat. The drive from the home is spectacular in any direction- tucked between breathtaking reservoirs & so close to amazing hikes & swimming holes.

The space
Entire 5 Bed / 3 Bath home on an accessible, low-traffic road located in a quiet neighborhood in Grahamsville. This spacious, yet cozy home has all the conveniences and details to make your stay the most enjoyable. The furniture, appliances, and beds are all new with the renovation. All three bathrooms were just gut renovated. The downstairs bathroom has a shower steam room attached with large soaking tub. Whether it’s having a cup of coffee on the back porch taking in the view or gathering around the fire pit at night, the space is a perfect upstate getaway.

Guest access
Self check-in entrance with personal front door code - you'll have the entire home to yourself. There is a large circular driveway to accommodate multiple cars. The detached garage is a converted work space and storage space at the moment, so it is not accessible. While we are in small town, you'll definitely want a car to access the home and enjoy all that the surrounding area has to offer.

The house stays relatively cool with a crisp breeze. There is no A/C and we have never found that it is needed. The home is heated for when it is cold and you can control the thermostat setting for heat.

We have good service in the home and on the property with all major carrier providers. The roads in this area are very wild, with mountains, forests, and rivers, and so it is possible that you will lose service at moments. It's always good to plan where you're going in advance.

Living in the upstate nature, we ask that you stay mindful of the fact that wildlife may be near. Use caution at night when driving on roads, and please do not leave any trash outside. If you use the BBQ outside, please clean up before heading in for the night. Ticks are common throughout New York State. It is always good to check yourselves and others after being outside hiking or walking through fields.
