he luxurious residence "Al Teatro Viterbo" is located in the heart of the city, in the "Teatro Comunale" Square. The residence features a large terrace, measuring 60 square metres, decorated with hanging gardens.
The appartment has a large living room, a small kitchen (washing machine and dishwasher included) and four large bedrooms, all with private bath.
Each bedroom is painted in a different colour and is decorated in diverse styles while the bathrooms are all finished in precious marble.
From the terrace, a lovely green oasis, you can enjoy the shade on a hot summer's day and take in the splendid view of the city's theatre and main square. Being in the heart of the city, it is also a short distance from all of Viterbo's most important cultural events, the theatre and of course, the unforgettable procession of the Festival of Santa Rosa which takes place on September 3rd.
Great location for walking around town. Morning traffic noise. Bathrooms and bedrooms very large and renovated.. Property managers picked us up at the train station and drove to the apartment. Large outdoor deck that overlooks the Piazza. Would give this a 3 1/2 if there were 1/2 stars.
I spent a few nights here over the holiday week- could not have been better. The accomodations were very clean and nice, very centrally located. i recommend for your stay in Viterbo.
The apartment was great! The view is wonderful and Ennio was a delight to deal with. He was very understanding when we had a hiccup getting into town. He made arrangements for his friend to get us the keys in the middle of the night, which to our group was a Godsend! The apartment is gorgeous and it not far from the train station! We loved our stay there and would recommend it to everyone.
