Welcome to VILLA ALEXA, a classic Mexican villa updated in Sept 2023 with all the comforts of modern living. With 10,000 sqft, this spacious estate is perfect for large groups and petite weddings. Located close to the Zona Romantica in the upscale area of Conchas Chinas, the Beverly Hills of PV. Stunning ocean views from every level, oversized terraces, infinity pool, and a full staff to pamper your every need makes VILLA ALEXA your perfect vacation oasis in Puerto Vallarta.
The space
VILLA ALEXA was beautifully designed by the owner with classic Mexican architectural details, including vaulted clay tile ceilings, juliet balconies, intricate wrought iron details, colorful stain glass windows and cantera tile throughout. The indoor - outdoor design allows guests to truly enjoy the perfect climate that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Most of your time will be spent on one of our many spacious terraces either lingering over a leisurely brunch while admiring the incredible ocean and mountain views or sipping specialty cocktails by our in-house mixologist from the infinity pool while watching the sunset over the ocean.
Each of the 9 ocean view bedrooms has a private ensuite bathroom, luxury pillow top mattresses, top of the line linens, interior designer finishes, and individual air conditioning units. VILLA ALEXA sleeps 20 people max.
VILLA ALEXA comes fully staffed so you don't need to lift a finger while enjoying your stay.
VILLA ALEXA Staff: work daily 9 am to 9 pm. If you would like them to stay later, that can be arranged at an additional cost, please arrange this request with your concierge.
Meal Schedules:
Breakfast is served on or after 9 am
Dinner is served by 7 pm
Chef & Assistant: Oversee Meal SERVICE for 2 meals and 1 snack per day including all preparation, serving, and cleanup. (COST of ingredients and alcohol is paid for by Guest).
Housekeeping: Housekeepers are responsible for making beds, changing linens and towels, and cleaning bathrooms. Housekeeping service is from 10 am to 3 pm. No service after 3 pm. No personal laundry.
Shopping Fees: An assigned shopper for the villa will go shopping before and throughout your stay for groceries for meals and whatever additional snacks, beverages, and alcohol you would like to have at the villa. They will present you with the receipts for reimbursement; there is a 15% shopping fee based on the total of the folios presented. Reimbursement can be paid in cash (pesos or dollars taken at the current peso rate) or via credit card.
Tipping: The suggested amount is $30 USD per Each Guest per each Night of Stay. The communal tip is to be given in an envelope, sealed and signed by the guest to be distributed to the staff based on assigned percentages.
(Ex: 4 night stay x $30 USD = $120 USD x 16 guests = $1920 USD to be given in one envelope to distribute $1920 USD / staff member percentages).
Concierge Services:
We also provide full concierge services to every group that stays at the villa. Your concierge is here to help with planning all aspects of your stay, including arranging airport transportation, assisting with arrival meal planning, grocery pre-stocking, booking tours, activities, and spa services.
Wedding Packages:
We have hosted several small and intimate weddings at VILLA ALEXA. We offer small wedding packages designed to your budget; pricing and details provided after confirmation of booking. Our experienced in-house event coordinator can assist you throughout the planning process, ensuring every detail is seamlessly handled from start to finish.

Guest access
Guests have access to the common areas of the villa and the bedrooms that they are renting. VILLA ALEXA is a 9 bedroom private luxury villa and is only rented to one guest at a time, meaning you will never share the villa with other guests. Due to limitations in the Airbnb pricing system, they may not present an accurate quote so please refer to the chart below for correct pricing.
SUMMER SEASON (May 01 to October 31) - Minimum 4 night stay.
Nightly Rate: $2,175 USD plus taxes and fees
WINTER SEASON (November 01 - April 30) - Minimum 4 night stay.
Nightly Rate: $2,450 USD plus taxes and fees
Holiday Rate (Christmas) - Minimum 7 night stay = $2,950 USD plus taxes and fees
Holiday Rate (New Year) - Minimum 7 night stay = $3,900 USD plus taxes and fees
Other things to note
The cleanliness of VILLA ALEXA is one of our top priorities, in line with CDC guidelines, we have updated our cleaning and disinfecting protocols for both the safety and peace of mind of guests and villa employees. Please feel free to ask us for more information on our cleaning protocols.
Other Rules to Keep in Mind:
-- All noise and/or music shall be maintained at reasonable levels during the day to accommodate quiet enjoyment of neighbors and authorities. No excessive noise or amplified music is permitted between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.
-- For safety and security of the villa, guests and staff , no outside guests or vendors are permitted in the villa at any time.
UBER or local Taxis charge on the average about $8 USD anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Your concierge may also provide transportation rates for the vans we use with local transportation companies.
Beaches: The public beach is an 8 - 10 min walk down the hill and across the main road.
