Located right across the Tuileries Garden and the Louvre Museum, this sumptuous 115 sqm serviced apartment, on the 2nd floor of a Haussmannian building with an elevator, is a rare gem with exceptional features.

The space
The entrance opens onto a spacious living room with an impressive high ceiling, Versailles parquet flooring, intricate moldings, and a marble fireplace.

Large windows opening onto a wrap-around balcony fill the space with natural light. The fully equipped open kitchen flows into the living area, featuring a large marble dining table that seats seven and spacious sofas near the fireplace.

A marble hallway leads to two bedrooms, each equipped with king-size beds, ample storage, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The master suite’s bathroom also includes a bathtub and a hammam.
