Our home was built in 1902 and we have owned it since 2007. We have been renovating it since then and are finally ready to share it with guests.

Our unusually large and quiet city lot has been landscaped to provide relaxation and photo opportunities.

The guest area of our home are on the 2nd floor, so that your privacy is ensured.

I'm a retired Canadian Veteran, and my wife and I are making the Airbnb our retirement project.

The space
The layout of our home is very unique due to its age, with two sets of stairs leading to the second floor, allowing the guests area to be shut completely off from the rest of our home.

Even though we have renovated, we ensured that the original character of the home was preserved while adding modern conveniences.

Guest access
From the parking area on the west side of our property, Guest access is via our back door on the south side of our home.

The boot room and music room are shared spaces, East Bedroom Guests pass through the kitchen, Dining room, and Living room, to the private guest stairs.

The east half of our second floor is shut off from the rest of our home and features: one bedroom and a private bathroom with a shower/bath and heated tile flloor.

During your stay
We are private people and will grant our guests their own privacy.

However we enjoy interacting with our guests and are always available either in person or by text or phone.

We love our home and sharing it with our guests, whether they want privacy or to be social we will be at home either way.

Other things to note
As our Airbnb is also our home, you should know that we have dog that are not allowed in the guest areas.

We want you to feel at home and our antiques are part of the experience but please ask before touching any of them, we love talking about them and demonstrating them.
