Our fully equipped kitchen features a huge island for meal prep and entertaining. Retreat to any of the bedrooms with 100% cotton sheets and duvets. Equipped with private amenities like hot tub, and private garden. Pack-and-play, high chair and air mattress available on-site. Nearby attractions like winery, state parks, and hiking trail!

Step into our living room like you're on an island with an indoor swing and extra large couch for binge-watching your favorite shows. Cook meals in a bright and airy kitchen with a huge granite island, stainless steel range stove top, microwave, refrigerator, and 4 bar stools. Dine in style next to the kitchen at a luxurious wooden table with bench and wish-bone chairs, lit by dimmable can lights. Step outside through sliding doors to a romantic patio with string lights and gorgeous furniture. Our 4 bedrooms boast 100% cotton sheets, minimalist decor, and a double shower or full-size Jack and Jill bathroom for ultimate relaxation. Guest access
Driveway can hold up to 4 cars, with additional boat parking spaces on the side of the house. Guests can access the entire home except the cleaning cabinets in the garage. After a few days, you may get used to seeing deer walking around in the neighborhood. A POA (Property Owner Association) card will be left available for guests. Use the card to access pickleball and tennis courts, pool, and park. Campgrounds are available upon request. If you have a boat or kayaks, you may use the private boat ramp.

Within 5 minute drive is Lago Vista town center where you can find restaurants, CVS Pharmacy, Lowes Market, Brookshire Brothers (grocery store), food trucks, Starbucks, and gas stations.

Other things to note
Infant / toddler items (toys, pack-N-play, high chair) are available in the house.

Note that there is a ring doorbell monitoring the front door, a blink camera on top of the garage door, as well as a Minut noise decibel monitoring in the living room for party prevention.
