Neighborhood highlights

The Old Southeast Neighborhood is a hidden waterfront gem of Saint Petersburg! Its proximity to the downtown means you are only minutes from all the city has to offer. This property is in proximity to: St Petersburg Tennis Club, Harborage Marina, Vendata Center, Friends of Quakers, Artist Enclave, US Coast Guard Station, and US ARMY STATION. The Restaurants are quite unique featuring The Big Catch, Chattaway, with many many fabulous restaurants in Downtown St Petersburg and the Local Old Southeast Market. You are also a short Bike Ride away from Downtown St Petersburg , Bayfront Hospital, and the University of South Florida Lassing Park is a huge 14-acre waterfront park but it’s not nearly as busy as the waterfront parks you find near Downtown and Old Northeast. One of the few waterfront parks without a seawall, It’s the perfect place to come for a casual stroll, launch a kayak, have a picnic, play some frisbee, watch kite surfers, or really any sort of outdoor activity that requires plenty of space and a beautiful view. The Old Southeast Neighborhood is proud to be part of one of two officially designated Artists Enclaves. This designation permits our local artists to enrich our neighborhood by using their residences as work studios, artist lofts, galleries, instruction space, as well as sell their goods and services related strictly to art. Whether it’s nature, art, or local restaurants and merchants, the Old Southeast, with a quaint urban feel that boasts wide brick-lined streets, hex block sidewalks, and alley access, has it all!
