The space
This is the most fun Airbnb you will find! Completely renovated in 2020 1700 sq foot, three bedroom-two bath basement apartment. The basement is full height with tall windows & a large locking slider to the backyard & side entrance. I have an obsession for the 80's! Staying here you will get a chance to see the Worlds best 80's memorabilia collection! Three themed bedrooms, two with queen beds, the largest bedroom with queen bunk beds. This room also has an attached bath & a Wifi TV. The living room is filled with bright furniture, a 60 inch TV, an awesome 80's movie library, & a popcorn machine. Donkey Kong, Ms. PacMan, & multicade! Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, & huge backyard with patio, firepit, & BBQ. The whole space is filled with displays & collections. There are also lots of toys that can be played with & are placed at kid height! The home consists of two apartments & this is the downstairs apartment. The upstairs apartment is listed on Airbnb as well & is called The Zen Den It is possible to rent both (if available) & I could release the lock on the adjoining interior door.

Guest access
Private entrance & off street parking. Please park on the far left side of the driveway. I will give you the access code for the lockbox before arriving.Please note, for the safety and security of the residents and guests, the building exterior and pathways are equipped with 24/7 security cameras.

Other things to note
There is a key box so late arrivals are no issue (well lit outside also!)
Check in time is 3 o'clock & check out is at 11.
No ILLEGAL drugs allowed on the premises. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the apartment & if doing so outside please be respectful of guests in the other apartment. Quiet time after 10PM & until 9AM.
