Exclusive off-grid tiny home experience on 100 acres with outdoor spaces, hiking trails, and creek access. Enjoy solitude in nature for a girls' weekend, couple's getaway, or a fun family trip. Curl up with a good book on the comfy couch in the modern, cabinesque-style tiny home, or take a walk and clear your mind while enjoying the scenic creek and hiking trails.

The space
Enjoy our modern, off-grid tiny home nestled in nature with giant windows, a full kitchen, comfortable beds, and incredible outdoor spaces. There are over 2 miles of hiking trails, a lawn for outdoor fun, and a private, romantic string-lit fire pit.

Inside the Tiny Home
Just because you're staying in a tiny home does not mean you have to compromise on comfort! The spacious 275 sq. ft. tiny home offers cozy lofts with memory foam beds, A/C, heating, a full kitchen and bathroom, a desk, and a comfy couch. Please note, there is no Wi-Fi.

The Off-Grid Setup
The tiny home is powered by a 10-panel solar system, and the bathroom features an off-grid toilet with a cartridge. It is advised that guests be conscious of their power and water usage and periodically check the solar system battery. Don't worry, it's easy!

The Property
The tiny home is privately nestled on 100 acres. There are other Airbnbs on the property, but they are out of sight. The only time you’d see others is on the road or trails. There are over 2 miles of maintained and clearly marked trails for your use. It is common to see wildlife such as deer, turkeys, rabbits, butterflies and more! There is also a creek that runs along the entire property, making for a fun wading spot or beautiful photos! We have an outdoor fire pit area that comes complete with skewers, a grill cover, and firewood. A picnic table is also right outside the tiny home for your use. Last but not least, there is a lawn area that is perfect for a picnic or kicking around a soccer ball. (Note: When booking your stay, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to the Liability Waiver at the end of the listing description.)

This listing includes:
- All linens and pillows.
- Hammocks that you can hang anywhere.
- Outdoor dining and lounging furniture with a fire pit. One bundle of firewood is included*.
- A living area with a couch, board games and a Bluetooth speaker.
- A modern, stainless-steel kitchen that includes a full sink, gas stove and oven, and a full fridge. I have basic cooking utensils, pots and pans, and basic cooking supplies like oil, salt and pepper. There is also a coffee pour over, kettle, local coffee grounds and coffee filters for your use. I have all basic silverware and dishes too.
- A full bathroom with a stand-up shower, towels, and a toilet. Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included.

*You can purchase more bundles of firewood for $5/each. One bundle is 8 pieces. Please arrange this with me ahead of time.

About 20 minutes away from the home is High Falls State Park, which is a very fun place to go with hiking, a giant waterfall, kayaking, canoeing, etc. Admission is only $5 and is definitely worth the trip!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: Will I have phone service?
A: I cannot guarantee that you will have service. Most people always have talk/text with some data. I know that Verizon doesn’t have great service. AT&T and Sprint seem to have the best.

Q: Is there Wi-Fi?
A: No, there is not. My hope is that you would take this time to disconnect from the outside world to refresh and recharge!

Q: Is the place fully cleaned between guests?
A: Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning the tiny home after each check-out.

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Dogs under 80 lbs are welcome for a $30 pet fee. Please message me when booking and I’ll send you the pet fee request.

Hey there! I’m a wife, mom, business owner and nature lover. Traveling is probably my favorite thing to do, as I love experiencing new things. Creating experiences for others through hosting on Airbnb has been such a cool thing for me, too. Life is too short — live it to the fullest!
