The array of amenities in the room includes 46" LCD flat screen TVs with satellite channels, DVD and audio system, hi-speed Internet, and for ease of mind, safety features. A fully equipped kitchenette and the inclusion of a washer take a load off your shoulders.

Below are some facts:

Best to traveling around Bangkok is BTS and Boat Ferry Ride. The LightHouse is strategically located next to Krung Thon Buri BTS station and a short walking distance to Sathorn (Central Pier).

The BTS Silom Line goes across CBD district and will stop at SALA DAENG (Pat Pont); SIAM (PARAGON and CENTRAL WORLD) and NATIONAL STADIUM (MBK). The Sukhumvit Line goes to busy residential area like CHIT LOM (CENTRAL DEPT STORE); ASOK (TERMINAL 21) and THONG LO (J AVENUE).

The Chao Phraya is a major river in Thailand, with its low alluvial plain forming the centre of the country. It runs through Bangkok, the capital city, and then empties into the Gulf of Thailand.

The Chao Phraya river makes a great way to get around, since many of the major tourist sites are easily accessible from the river. Chao Praya River Express operates a regular boat service up and down the river. Sort of a bus on the water. Fares are extremely cheap - you can get just about anywhere for 11 Baht to 25 Baht (0.36 USD to 0.81 USD) depending on the distance and the type of boat. There are piers next to many of the riverside hotels. Even if you aren't staying on the river, if you are staying close to the elevated train system, you can catch a train to the Taksin Bridge station. A River Express pier is on the river right below the station, and there is generally someone on duty at the pier to sell you a ticket and help plan your trip. The boats can be dangerously crowded during peak traffic times, so avoid rush hours.

Located next to the Chao Phraya river. It's at the opposite side of the street to Peninsula Bangkok Hotel and 100 metres from Hilton Millennium Hotel. This apartment is on the 22nd floor. It has ONE bedrooms with king size beds, plus a balcony with a spectacular view overlooking the "Chao Praya river" and the ancient city of Bangkok. The apartment has the benefit of a well equipped kitchen and a dining area which can comfortably sit up to 4 people. The building has a swimming pool, sauna, a gym and a roofgarden on the 32nd floor.

You can message me as often as you can, and will answer your question ASAP. My English speaking Thai “Condo Manager” – K. Mas, will give her best assistance to all your needs, but please understand that she is not the hotel staff, they are not concierge staff, so please do not treat them as such, and we kindly ask you to be polite with her.

The Neighborhood

BTS Krung Tong Buri station is only a 5 mins walk from the condo. Great location, on one hand, it's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood which gives you a tranquil stay and a peace of mind.

The BTS is connected to the city center and famous shopping area, Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Maboonkrong, and Central Chidlom.

Just hop on sky train, no need to get frustrated with Bangkok traffic at all. Food stalls, 7 eleven, and several restaurants down by the Condo. Is also easily accessible from international airport by airport link train or a 30 mins taxi ride.

You can cross the river to BTS Taksin Station, Shangri-La Hotel, and Oriental Hotel by ferry boat, or you can take a boat trip along Chaopraya River and experience a lifestyle by the river.

Charoennakorn is an old neighborhood, surrounded with 5-star hotels and daily life convenience: local restaurants, hospitals, schools, and much more ...

The Chao Phraya is a major river in Thailand, with its low alluvial plain forming the centre of the country. It runs through Bangkok, the capital city, and then empties into the Gulf of Thailand.

You will find some of the city's best wining and dining experience on our doorsteps, as well as a flourishing entertainment and arts scene to explore.

World class restaurants located in some of Bangkok's best hotels including Le Normandie at the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, The River Cafe and Terrace at The Peninsula Bangkok, urber-stylish steakhouse Prime at theMillennium Hilton Bangkok, and longtime Italian favourite Angelini’s at the Shangri-La.

Other Things to Note

We are friends! This is a FREEHOLD property and I am the owner. You are my inviting stay guests. Our friendship speaks for itself.

You might have read or seen from somewhere that Airbnb or similar sites have been comment in newspapers or television, for this "short rental" is supposedly “ilegal” business.

But this is NOT true in Bangkok!

Apart from that, we just ask you to respect my apartment in the same way as you would respect your own home.

We will provide a house cleaning every time before your check in. I provide up to once a week complementary cleaning service for guests staying over one week. You can request extra cleaning services, should you need it, at the cost of US$ 30/cleaning.

It is STRICTLY no smoking inside the apartment, you may smoke on the balcony but please do not throw the "butt" out of the balcony and do not bring the smoke smell inside the apartment.

And if you could turn the air conditioning and lights off each time when you leave the apartment, to help us look after mother earth, that would be great too.

We will try our best to accommodate any request for late check out and early check in provided that there is availability and it is requested 24 hours prior to check in day or check out day. Please note that such requests, when accepted by the owner of the property via emails, are subject to extra charges, if needed.

Although very central, the neighborhood is super quiet and best suits chilled out people who respect this vibe. As this is not a hotel, we prefer to rent to people who treat the place very well and respect it as if it was their own home.

The tenant also need to apply proper care to the furniture and equipments. Any loss or damage of items and to the property will be charged according to the actual costs of replacement.
