A cozy and furnished bedroom in the heart of vibrant Brooklyn, NY. The room is a Queen room available in a beautiful turn-of-the-century duplex. There are 5 bedrooms in this house. Three of which are rented out to amazing guests from all over the globe. And living here permanently are myself, a painter and visual artist and Tyler, a comedian and actor.

This room is furnished with a:
Queen-size bed
Desk and workspace
Fresh linens

The apartment has a full kitchen, living room, dining room and roof garden where you can enjoy eating dinners and taking your coffee al fresco.

The house is located in Lefferts Garden, Brooklyn. It is 2 blocks from beautiful Prospect Park, 2 blocks from the Q/B express trains and the 2/5 local trains - 20 minutes to downtown Manhattan. You can walk to Prospect Park, explore the local flavors of the Caribbean, Jewish, Russian, Tibetan and Mexican communities, visit the Brooklyn museum, the Brooklyn Botanic garden, bike ride to Coney Island and Brighton beach. Hop on the long island railroad from Atlantic station and visit some of the best-rated beaches in North America.

I am a avid traveler and like to feel at home when traveling and would like to offer the same. Always happy to offer advice, help you get acquainted and share all of the wonderful things that Brooklyn and New York have to offer. We love living here and we love to share that with our guests.

Requests of 1 month minimum preferred but will consider reservation requests of a minimum of 2 weeks in transition periods, so please feel free to inquire.
