Escape to the newly renovated Nonquit Cottage, located within walking distance of Tiverton Four Corners. This charming 3-bedroom home offers the perfect balance of modern amenities and rustic character. Surrounded by tranquil fields, enjoy complete privacy during your stay.

Each bedroom has its own individually controlled air conditioning for utmost comfort. The home boasts wide plank pine floors, unique tile in the bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances. Relax in two family rooms or gather around the farm-style dining table for meals. Unwind on the screened-in porch, a perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The main suite, located on the second floor, includes a private bath and balcony overlooking the fields. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full, share a full bath.

Adam & Kristin, with our four kids, are pleased to be offering a variety of homes for vacation rental in the Tiverton and Little Compton area. We moved to Little Compton in 2002 because we wanted to raise our family in this quiet rural town. It was one of the best decisions of our lives! In 2009 we bought the farm and about a year later bought the Schoolhouse. It was after the purchase and a complete remodel we learned about vacation rental homes and we thought we'd give it a shot. We immediately fell in love with the idea and not a year later, bought another fixer upper in our town of Little Compton. We were blessed with many wonderful guests and because of that, we were able to purchase the Samuel Church Estate in 2016, and the John Dyer Loft in 2019. In 2020 Kristin was able to obtain her real estate license and now We have now started to manage properties and have other beautiful large homes in Little Compton also available. We've also been able to travel and enjoy using Airbnb to find wonderful unique places to stay. Our extended family traveled in Europe staying in the most unique places thanks to Airbnb. We've been able to meet some wonderful people, which just adds to the vacation and Airbnb experience.
