The River House is a modern river front cabin located just north of the historic town of Hot Springs. The cabin was designed for a romantic and memorable getaway for two adults or a small family. Come enjoy time together in the cabin nestled against the river. Large glass doors allow natural light in as well as breathtaking views of the river to be seen from inside the cabin. Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on the covered deck with river views.

The space
The River House is one of four distinct cabins dotted across our 15‑acre riverfront property. Each cabin is thoughtfully crafted and positioned to offer privacy without complete seclusion—close enough for easy visits, yet far enough to feel like your own peaceful retreat. Traveling with friends or family? Reserve multiple cabins—each sits about 70–100 yards apart, ideal for group getaways that balance togetherness and solitude.

Located just 15 minutes north of downtown Hot Springs and the historic Bathhouse Row. The River House is one of three cabins nestled on 15 acres of beautiful river front. The land is conveniently located on a main road, and from the road one can see the cabin is situated next to the Saline River and surrounded by beautiful trees and nature which allows for privacy. Additionally, the deck is equipped with privacy shades to allow for further privacy when desired.
