NYC is only a breath away from this gorgeous apt and you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline from Blvd East that make New Yorkers jealous.
* - Blvd East runs along the crest of the Hudson Palisades, affording it stunning views of the Hudson River and the New York City skyline that are recognized around the world. Much of Boulevard East runs parallel to the edge of a sheer escarpment and offers expansive views of the iconographic Manhattan skyline. Dotted with parks, green space and scenic lookouts, Blvd East is a popular stop for tour buses allowing tourists to capture photos of the best and most famous view of NYC. Since 2009, when Macy's began to launch its annual Fourth of July fireworks from the Hudson River, portions of The Boulevard are closed to allow spectators to view the display.
We loved the place: cozy, intimate practice. The apartment is stylish and it feels like home. It is quiet and the neighborhood is friendly as all the people we met more generally. It is ideal for 4 people. 5 minutes from the bus stop which directly connects Times Square and 42th Street by the Lincoln Tunnel. I chose this place for its location and to see every day the marvellous incredible amazing VUE of NEW YORK CITY from Boulevard East. Thank you Ryan for your help and advice. I stay there again and will recommend it to my friends.
Nice apartment close to Manhattan, 20 minutes by bus.
Ryan is a very kind person. We have had a really good time in his appartment. It is well equipped and nice.
We had a great stay in Ryan's apartment which is very comfortable. Manhattan is at only 15' to 20' by bus( bus every 10 or 15'). Bus stop 50 meters from the apartment. West New York is very quite and there is an amazing view of New York. Supermarket at 10' by foot. Ryan was very helpful, always available to help us and very accommodating. We encourage you to come on this condo.
We really enjoyed our time at Ryan's place. It was exactly as advertised and very clean. Ryan was the perfect host and always responded immediately and was very helpful. His partner kindly gave us a lift to the condo and waited whilst we got some provisions! The location is fantastic-with a perfect view of the entire island of Manhattan from a short walk away. Jitney or state coaches to Port Authority take only fifteen minutes. Great place.
Our stay at Ryan's place was very pleasant. Ryan was extremely forthcoming and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and easily accessible from Manhattan (Port Authority) with NJ Transit buses.
4 of my friends and I stayed at Ryan's condo and I have to say the experience overall was great! The bus runs 24hrs a day and is only half a block down from you.. The condo itself is very clean with hot water running all the time (we were there during January so hot water was a must) the kitchen had all the needed appliances to make it a home away from home.. I will most definitely recommend Ryan to my friends, and use the condo for future trips to NYC! Thank you.
I had a lovely stay at Ryan's place, we were four people and the apartment suited us just fine, very comfortable.
The neighborhood was great, very calm and clean (when the snow was very heavy they cleaned very quick and it was way better than some other places I have been to).
Ryan was an awesome host for us, everything we needed help with we could just contact him and he would do all he could to help.
I would definitely recommend this place for everyone who wants to visit NY but not be on the middle of all the crazy ( a 15 ride on a bus will get you to Times Square).
Very comfortable and clean home away from home.
Although the apartment is not located right in Manhattan, it's convenient and easy enough to get there with just one quick direct bus ride that takes you straight to times square.
Ryan was also very quick to respond to any questions we had via email.
Overall, I would recommend this property and would love to stay here again.
Ryan's little gem far exceeded our expectations! In addition to being decorated nicely, clean, and newly renovated, the location of the apartment couldn't have been better. With a bus stop right on the corner of the street, it was almost too easy to make the daily trek into Manhattan. My husband and I felt a little spoiled with the views of the Manhattan skyline along Boulevard East. The first night we were in town, we walked down Blvd. East to a Mexican restaurant called "Charritos". Wonderful food with amazing patio seating! We never got the opportunity to meet Ryan in person, but he was always readily available via text if we had any questions or concerns. The apartment was up three flights of stairs and the building was very quiet and cozy. We will definitely be back... next time with our kids! Thanks again, Ryan!
